Shipping Policy
There is Free Shipping on all wig orders in the continental United States. Orders typically ship with 3 to 5 days except for national holidays.
Return Policy
At Best Medical Wig we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not satisifed with your wig that is ordered from our in-stock inventory, you may send the wig back for a refund within 3 days of receiving our order. Refunds are typically processed within 8 to 10 days from the time that we receive your return order. Please read the following details and return conditions carefully:
Your wig must be returned in the condition that it was received. No part of the wig can be altered in any way, and no tape or glue can be placed on any part of the wig.
When returning your wig please do not request a return signature as this may result in a delay of your refund. Instead, you may want to insure the return shipment for your protection. Best Medical Wig is not responsible for any wigs lost in your return shipment.
If you believe that you have received a defective item purchased from our in-stock inventory, please email us within the 3-day return period along with several pictures. If the item is indeed defective, you will be issued a return shipping label so that you can ship the wig back to us. The wig will be repaired or replaced at our cost and discretion and shipped back to you. This will not entitle you to return the wig with the restock fee waived. If you choose to simply return the wig the restock fee will apply.
No returns or refunds are available on custom-ordered or sale-item wigs.
Restocking Fee
When a wig is returned it we clean, dry, straighten, and repackage it, which takes several hours. Therefore, a $55 restocking fee is withheld on all returned orders, thank you for your understanding. If you pay via Paypal there will be an additional 1% processing fee on your return.
